How you will make an impact
As the Talent Acquisition Consultant for hipages Group, you will be an integral member of our fun and collaborative People & Culture team. You will proactively partner with the business and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in the identification, recruitment, and on-boarding of high-performing talent, who align with our company values and add to our company culture.

About You
We are looking for candidates who is available between mid-July and mid-September and can build strong relationships and rapport with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. You are someone who can work in a fast-paced and agile environment and can easily shift priorities, all while effectively setting and adhering to stakeholder expectations. You should be someone whose decisions are driven by data and someone who can make weighted decisions by examining the risks and the impact on others.
