Responsibilities
As a Talent Development Lead with Hines, you will coordinate and facilitate a diverse offering of learning & development programs on a global scale to support the Hines business strategy. You will be actively involved in many facets of the learning function as well as provide L&D support to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
