Hilton Hotels & Resorts Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator Job at Melbourne Full Time

The new Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street is an absolute showstopper. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in the hotel and will work closely with the HR Director. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in recruitment, training, industrial relations and WHS.

What will I be doing?

• Coordinate projects and activities in line with our HR StrategyBe the first point of contact for all team member enquires
• Assist with the recruitment process of new team members
• Assist in the induction of new team members
• Input data into the hotel payroll system and communicate with payroll to ensure accuracy
• Maintain an exceptional working relationship with all areas of the hotel
• Take ownership of driving our Blue Energy Culture and Thrive Culture by bringing them to life during team events

What are we looking for?

• Able to work 3 days per week with the drive and motivation to go full time next year
• An exceptional positive attitude with the mentality that anything is possible
• Ability to be creative
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• The drive to deliver high levels of customer service to our guests as well as our team
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Appetite to learn and grow within the company
• Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in hotel operations would be highly regarded
