Hilton Hiring for Hybrid Contract Recruiter (New York) – Hilton Job at Remote Full Time

APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN NEW YORK CITY OR THE SURROUNDING AREA

We are currently looking for a Contract Recruiter to join the Hilton Recruitment Operations Centre (ROC Team) to focus on the New York City market.

This hybrid position – a great mix of “work from home” and averaging 2 – 3 days a week to be physically on-site with our New York City portfolio to support with on-site interviews.

Not for the faint-hearted – this is a high-volume recruitment position. Our team partners with hiring managers across our Hilton managed property portfolio, hiring top talent for various positions across all hotel departments.

The ideal candidate will have previous a minimum of 5 – 10 years hotel/hospitality operations management experience. You will be very organized, tech savvy, self-driven, have demonstrated success in partnering with multiple stakeholders and have a genuine passion for attracting and connecting with top talent!

Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
