Would you like to be a valuable member of a Talent Acquisition team who is passionate about providing outstanding TA support and experience to candidates and hiring teams? If so, we have a fast-paced, multifaceted recruiting opportunity to offer which supports our Sales and Marketing functions within our growing Hill’s Pet Nutrition business! This role provides full lifecycle requisition management and innovative TA solutions and will be a true talent advisor, guiding and influencing your hiring teams through the end-to-end process

Some of the key accountabilities in this role will be:

• Lead full cycle recruiting for our business clients on Professional Sales and Marketing roles
• Conduct detailed in-take conversations with hiring managers
• Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs.
• Identify and provide recommendations on areas of improvement for the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience
• Share external market and talent data and insights to your HR and business partners to influence candidate profiles, requirements and sourcing plans
• Participate in annual TA project work and technology reviews and implementations.
• Apply innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage qualified, diverse candidate slates

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of prior Talent Acquisition experience within another large global company, being responsible for the recruitment process for professional, salaried roles
• Passive talent sourcing experience and expertise using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Demonstrable experience developing and maintaining relationships with candidates while assessing their profiles against role requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work experience within the Consumer Products/Goods industry.
• Prior TA experience supporting searches within functions such as Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Supply Chain/Operations.
• Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, HiredScore, SuccessFactors, ATS etc.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices, employment and hiring laws.

Salary Range $79,200 – $116,550 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
