About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipt. This includes banking, account reconciliation and other general office duties.
To be successful in this role, you demonstrate that you have:
· Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
· Experience working within a medium sized, busy office.
· Experience and understanding of the challenges of working in a multi-location business
· Excellent telephone manner and superior customer service awareness.
· High level communication, both written and verbal
· High level of numeracy, statistical and general analysis
· Excellent organisational skills, including confidence and initiative to follow through all matters.
· Customer/outcome orientated
· Strong relationship management capability
· Honesty and integrity
· Team focussed with an ability to develop strong teams
· Proficient in MS office
