What can you expect in this role?

Your researching capability will assist you in identifying, communicating, and resolving quality concerns. You’ll devise strategies for continuous improvement of materials and testing procedures and serve as subject matter expert in your area. You’ll research and implement industry best-practices to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve business workflows.

Your dynamic relationship building skills will contribute to your success in developing and strengthening relationships with contractors, vendors, partners, and employees. You will establish strategic partnerships that uphold Hillberg & Berk’s quality standards to ensure procurement excellence.

What do you need to apply?

You have a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a relevant subject (Science, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.) and/or equivalent QA experience in a light manufacturing environment. Experience and/or knowledge testing raw material’s chemical components is an asset. Your skills using the Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google platforms will support your success in this role.
