WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for recruiting for open positions throughout our multi-site communities.
Partner with hiring manager to fill positions.
Develop job postings to attract candidates and build a pipeline of qualified applicants.
Check references, background checks and assist with onboarding of new hires.
Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges as well as C.N.A training schools.
Attend job fairs, school presentations and other events to recruit for your assigned entities.
Look for opportunities to improve and streamline processes and execute.
Assist with other HR functions and projects as requested by the VP of Human Resources or other team members as needed.
Perform additional related tasks / duties as required and / or assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required;
1+ year in a recruitment related role ideally in a multi-unit / multi-state environment
Strong focus on finishing tasks
