Due to internal promotions and growth, our internal resourcing team are looking for 3 brand new Recruitment Partners to join our team on up to 18 month FTC’s.
As a Recruitment Partner you will play a key role within the National Highways recruitment function based in our head office, located at The Cube in the heart of Birmingham where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a defined directorate(s) in the organisation.
This is a fast-paced role in which you will provide your expertise in candidate attraction and selection, in line with the policy requirements of our business. You will also build excellent relationships with stakeholders to support resourcing needs and be the first point of contact for candidates, as our key priority is ensuring both candidates and stakeholders receive the highest level of customer service.
What you’ll be doing
Lead on recruitment campaigns including advertising, shortlisting, organising interviews and negotiating offers
Support the end-to-end candidate journey from the first point of advertisement through to welcoming new joiners into the business
Be responsible for designing and implementing selection processes for your recruitment campaigns
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to enable you to meet your recruitment targets
Support the wider HR function with advice and guidance on policies and procedures, dealing with any escalated resourcing queries from the Resourcing Advisors
Identifying opportunities to improve day to day processes across resourcing
Participating in ad-hoc projects, as and when required.
To be successful
Previous proven experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
Previous experience within in-house, RPO, or agency environment.
Demonstrable experience in direct candidate sourcing utilising appropriate technology
Good working knowledge of recruitment enablers including LinkedIn, job boards and ATS
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders on recruitment strategies
