Highway and Heavy Parts Hiring for Parts Specialist at Remote Full Time

We are looking for engine technicians who are interested in using their knowledge and experience to support our customers. We need employees who have worked on engines and can provide the technical expertise our customers have come to expect.

If you do not have at least 5 years of experience working with diesel engines or parts you WILL NOT be considered for this position.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and process orders
• Utilize databases to look up parts
• Troubleshooting engines based on a customer description of a problem
• Discussing the use and features of various parts based on your knowledge of engines
• Create parts quotes

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
