Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Logistics Coordinator who’s main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for booking shipments online and over the phone, providing on-time updates to customers, negotiating rates with carriers, entering data, solving issues and following up, providing excellent service to external and internal customers. After hours support and periodically weekends support will be required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Logistics Coordinator role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience working with Load Link and UFOS programs (an asset)
• Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in verbal/written English
• Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Great problem solving skills
• After hours support is required on rotation basis
• Fluency in verbal/written English, conversational in Spanish and French an asset
