Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative who’s main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracing shipments online and over the phone, providing on-time updates to customers, entering data, printing and distributing order confirmations, solving issues and following up, providing excellent service to external and internal customers.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in CSR role in transportation industry (definitely an asset)
• Professional, courteous, polite, with excellent telephone manners
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in verbal/written English
• Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, UFOS)
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Great problem solving skills
