Following a recent internal promotion, we are recruiting for a HR Co-Ordinator. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a passionate and motivated team, driving forward the continued success of the organisation whilst keeping our mission and values at the heart of what we do.

The HR Co-Ordinator will work collaboratively as part of a proactive and responsive HR and WD team to provide pragmatic, creative and focused HR, Learning, and development solutions and recommendations across the organisation. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents. You will be the first port of call to employees and external partner for all HR-related queries.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven work experience as a strong Administrator, preferably within a HR team.
• Experience with maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and database
• Excellent phone, email and in-person communication skills working with a range of people
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
