Overview :

The Marketing Assistant position requires a multi-disciplined individual with a background in at least two of the following : Marketing, Sales, Accounting, General Business, or Information Technology.

As a key person in our organization, you will be relied upon to manage the front office operations.

In addition to office clerical, other tasks may include creating and redesigning marketing communications. Planning, coordinating, and managing events.

Assisting with test proctoring, training and user adoption training. Data entry and light accounting tasks. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as matters arise.

Preference given for a full-time equivalent, but part-time may be available. Initial and continuous training is provided!

REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM

• High School Graduate with good GPA or equivalent
• Several years of previous work experience in office clerical / administrative
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Type 55+ wpm, fast and accurate 10-key by touch
• Good math and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong telephone capabilities
• Neat and organized
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Exercises some independent judgment and reasoning within established guidelines
• Able to work under limited supervision
• Great people-person personality
• Enjoys using and learning about new technology

PREFERRED

• 4-year college degree
• 2 years’ recent Office Coordinator or Office Manager
