We have an excellent opportunity for a customer focused, Service Advisor to join the Service Team at HIGH COUNTRY CHEVROLET BUICK GMC LTD. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service in the booking of service appointments, greeting clients, recommending services, and ensuring our client’s vehicles are safely maintained to manufacturer specifications….all with a dazzling, upbeat attitude!

SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Promptly and professionally welcoming service clients to our dealership…WITH A SMILE
• Providing an exceptional, UPBEAT customer experience to yield consistently strong customer satisfaction scores.
• Conducting vehicle walk around inspections, coupled with a review of vehicle service history to assist in identifying and verifying customer service needs…WITH A SMILE
• Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories.
• Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended and required.
• Providing clients with proactive status updates and communicating any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or additional recommended services.
• Administering vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.
• Confirming service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive and conducting post-repair follow up.
• Performing an inspection of customer vehicles prior to client pick up to ensure all services and/or repairs were completed.

ARE YOU:
