As part of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s recruiting process.

• Some of the essential tasks & duties include:
  • Serving as a liaison to hiring managers, job applicants, and new hires
  • Promote a positive experience for all parties throughout the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process
  • Actively source candidates for a variety of non-sales company roles
  • Screen resumes/applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and provide feedback to the hiring managers regarding applicants
  • Use the HRIS (UKG pro) Recruiting Gateway for candidate tracking, administration, reporting, etc.
  • Assist with recruiting events such as job fairs and/or college events, both in-person and virtually
  • Assist with posting jobs to various job boards, coordinating with hiring managers on verbal offers, extending formal offers to candidates through the HRIS (UKG pro) recruiting gateway, and assist with the onboarding process as needed

  • On-site with the opportunity of remote/work-from-home or flex-schedule after completion of initial training

  Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 
    Two to Three (2-3) years of proven experience in the talent acquisition field
  • Previous experience using proactive sourcing, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools/social media platforms
