We are in need of a compliance/office assistant to help apply upcoming rent relief program via online and gather resident persona documents. Ideal candidate has experience with collecting personal documents such as income, tax return, social security numbers, etc. Candidates needs to be able to work independently with little supervisor and to be able to provide daily/weekly ing.
Job Description:
Minimum Requirements: –High School Diploma; GED -At least 1 year office administrative experience -Must be proficient in using a computer (Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook) -Type at least 45 wpm – -Experience in the real estate industry preferred but not required -Ability to multi-task and prioritize work -Must be reliable and dependable -Ability to follow instructions well
