We’re looking for another happy person to join our Customer Service Team to WOW our customers and social media followers.

We have a fun office space complete with a ping pong conference table, dart board and of course, game consoles! We even have a Man Cave and batting cage in our warehouse. We mean it when we say we work hard and we play hard!

What you’ll do:

• Live Chat, Calls, Tickets using Gorgias: answer various customer questions from which mount they need to updating them on order tracking
• Social Media: engage with customers and potential customers, provide information on our products with a friendly, sales-oriented approach
• Claims + Returns: process ship claims and customer returns
• Administrative: as needed

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
