About You

Our team is growing and expanding fast. We are looking to hire a driven, energetic and organized office manager for a part-time position , 2-3 days per week. You will be the focal point for the site needs of an amazing team in a fast-growing startup environment.

What will you do?

As the office manager, you will be responsible for creating a consistent value by making sure for a smooth running of the office tasks. You will be sitting at the front desk and will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures. From ordering office supplies, assisting with operations tasks, supporting HR in creating a fun and spirited environment by planning and execution welfare activities, supporting the recruiting processes by scheduling meetings and interviews and generally making things done!

Requirements:

What should you have?

• 1 year of administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills, people-first approach, able to understand the people’s needs and constraints and building long-lasting relationships
• High organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Proactive, problem solver with great attention to details
