Job Description:

The Logistics Specialist will coordinate the logistics for frac sand delivery from sand mines and terminals to the well site to support our client’s well completions. This position is based in Denver, CO and offers a hybrid work environment. Our Logistics Specialists work with our talented drivers, carriers and field teams to ensure continuous supply of sand to our valued clients.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Retrieve, coordinate and process orders in a timely manner
• Assign trucks and truck drivers to specific orders
• Communicate frequently with customers, carriers, drivers, and dispatchers
• Manage high call volume, software tracking systems, and email throughout shift
• Audit trip records, BOL’s, and other load data to ensure accuracy
• Assist in vendor management of sub-carriers and rail terminals
• Perform analysis and problem solving to ensure timely and safe deliveries
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Shift Schedule

Must be able to accommodate the following schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:30am – 7:00pm
• Night Shift: 6:30pm – 7:00am
