HHG is now at a critical stage of growth. Essential to our continued evolution and success will be the appointment of a People, Performance & Culture Lead to oversee all aspects of the human resources, culture and people operations strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the People, Performance & Culture Lead is a key member of the operations team ensuring HHG is able to attract, engage and retain exceptional talent – ensuring the organisation has both the capacity and capability required to deliver against our strategic objectives.
The People, Performance & Culture Lead will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and support the strategic direction of the organisation through the development and implementation of effective Human Resource Management, progressive staff Learning & Development programs and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) performance frameworks.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering strategies that enhance employee performance and organisational culture and capability.
Key focus areas and accountabilities will include but will not be limited to:
To be successful you will be an experienced Human Resources practitioner with leadership exposure and change management capability. You may have a history in larger organisations and looking to step up, or you could be looking for an exciting challenging in a growing organisation.
Either way, your track record will be evident and you will benefit from experience within a professional services environment with additional benefit of having tangible law firm experience (although this is not essential). Familiarity with workplace laws is also a considerable benefit.
You will be equally comfortable either developing and executing strategy or being hands-on in operational aspects of the role.
