Location – Home based.
Salary information – £45-50k depending on experience
37.5 hours per week spread across 4 or 5 days with flexible hours (Part time hours of 0.8 FTE will also be considered)
Fixed term- 6-9 months
A full UK driving licence is desirable for this role as although its home based occasional travel may be required

What will you be doing?
As part of the People Transformation Programmes core programme team the holder of this is role will support the Head of People Transformation on an interim basis, as a subject matter expert in the implementation of Hft’s Organisational Development Strategy to ensure we have we have the right skills and competencies at leader, manager and colleague level to meet the current and future needs of the organisation.
There are various workstreams within our People Transformation programme and this post holder will lead across a number of projects specifically within the Outstanding People workstream collaborating with a wide range of colleagues (and some external consultants) from different areas of Hft whilst also inputting into the programmes other defined workstreams as a core programme team member.
In keeping with the spirit of the programme this workstream will be agile and responsive and new projects may be commissioned however projects already identified in the workstream include: Behavioural Competencies, a Performance Management Framework, Talent and Succession framework and a Leadership Capability Skills and Development programme.
