We have an immediate opening for a part-time controller – 28 hours a week – every other weekend is a 4 day weekend off. Quickbooks is our accounting program. We are a small company there are only two in the office.

Duties include but not limited to –

Handling the accounting functions for the company

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • General ledger
  • Monthly financials
  • File use tax and payroll tax reports
  • Deposits
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Administrator of profit sharing plan
  • Manage insurance policy
  • Pick up, sort and deliver mail
  • Reconcile petty cash
  • Enter corporate invoices
  • Track lien waivers
  • Reconcile vendor statements and corporate bank statements
  • Back up payroll/receptionist

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
