We have an immediate opening for a part-time controller – 28 hours a week – every other weekend is a 4 day weekend off. Quickbooks is our accounting program. We are a small company there are only two in the office.
Duties include but not limited to –
Handling the accounting functions for the company
- Accounts payable and receivable
- General ledger
- Monthly financials
- File use tax and payroll tax reports
- Deposits
- Bank reconciliations
- Administrator of profit sharing plan
- Manage insurance policy
- Pick up, sort and deliver mail
- Reconcile petty cash
- Enter corporate invoices
- Track lien waivers
- Reconcile vendor statements and corporate bank statements
- Back up payroll/receptionist
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
