• Coordinate the recruitment process from application through to offer (by using our Applicant Tracking System – iCIMS):
  • Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Review CVs and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Screen and evaluate candidates
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
  • Organise, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates
• Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Build applicant sources to identify high quality candidates by utilising internet, social media sites, universities, industry job boards
• Leverage internal talent sources to drive mobility and employee referrals
• Be an effective coach and positively influence department leaders in the recruitment area
• Review key metrics and performance measures for the business such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possible

ì격ìê±´:

• 7-10 year in Senior Recruitment Roles with Multi-national companies
• Strong communication both spoken and written is required. Exposure or language skills within the APAC region highly regarded
• Strong systems experience with HRIS and ATS and nurturing / marketing system highly regarded
• Bachelor’s degree
