Short description:
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence HR projects and systems globally. This is a 12-month fixed term contract covering a maternity leave. The work can be done fully remote from anywhere in the UK.

This is a versatile role where no day is the same. Your responsibilities will range from systems administration to project implementation – where our new compensation tool perhaps deserves a special mentioning. You will not only be executing – you will actively participate in the design and roll-out of the new tools and solutions. The two main systems you will work with are SagePeople, our HRIS, and SabaCloud, our LMS.

Tasks in detail:
Implementation of a newly acquired compensation tool.

Ongoing system support for SagePeople and SabaCloud, globally.

Implementation/set-up of newly acquired organisations in our system.

Ongoing system improvements and releases, roll-outs and testing.

Data analytics, including both regular and Ad hoc reports.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working with SagePeople, or LMS – SabaCloud, as an HR admin/analyst.

Proactivity and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the work done.

Availability to attend team meetings in our office in Cobham a couple of times a year.

Right to work in the UK.

Fluent English.

Your ideas will be appreciated and you can actively take part in different development activities within the team. The work fully remote, except for some occasional team meetings, so you can work from anywhere in the UK.
