Responsibilities:
As a Software Test Engineer your responsibilities include:
Work with software and systems engineers, ensuring requirements are correct and testable.

Design and develop test procedures to efficiently verify system requirements.

Produce robust documentation sets that capture test design, specification, results, and compliance to requirements.

Troubleshoot test failures and investigate issues.

Accurately identify defects and work with software developers to resolve.

Contribute to the overall verification and validation plan.

Qualifications:
Must-Have:
Degree in Geomatics/Electrical/Software Engineering or related field.

Knowledge and understanding of GNSS fundamentals.

An inherent desire for producing high quality work, exceeding customer expectations and continuous improvement.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Experience writing and debugging test scripts (eg: Python).

Valid class 5 driver’s license.

Ability to attain controlled goods clearance

Nice-to-Have:
2+ years of relevant industry experience

Experience with:
DO-178 process standard

GNSS simulators

Source control using Git and/or Perforce

Jira

DOORS or Polarion requirements management tools

Test automation using Jenkins (CI/CD)
