Overview:
Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, is looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our high-tech engineering and manufacturing company that is committed to customer service excellence and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Team Lead, Software Process and Automation, the role will focus on collecting and analyzing real-world GNSS/INS data and working in a cooperative and dynamic engineering community of practice. Through our products’ development and release, you will work closely with our Software Process and Automation team to develop and maintain automated test infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems related to enabling high capacity, high reliability, scalability, and configurability. Your technical expertise will support our business initiatives and impact the end-user’s experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer, reponsibilities include:
Support, design, and develop all aspects of existing Jenkins/GitLab based automated testing infrastructure
Identify and solve testing infrastructure problems
Build new testing infrastructure to support expanding demand and capacity throughout the organization
Develop dashboards to present data for various stakeholders
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
BSc, computer science or engineering
Knowledge of Python and Java
Experience with software testing methodologies
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to attained Controlled Goods Clearance

Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins/GitLab

Knowledge in ELK stack
Experience in environment automation tools such as Ansible or Docker
Linux experience
