We currently have an opening for an agile HR & Talent Partner. This is a varied role which will suit a HR professional comfortable contributing at both hands on & strategic levels. You will be able to think strategically, execute tactically & collaborate across teams, levels & situations.

This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney & reports to the South Pacific HR Leader.

As HR & Talent Partner supporting dedicated area of the business you will support our high performance culture through:

• Leading & coaching our people leaders & teams on people processes in line with the HR calendar in core areas of Goal Setting, Merit Process, & Talent Review
• Proactively assessing team & manager development needs, making recommendations & implementing appropriate solutions – scope ranges from yearly graduate program cohort to Director level
• Managing & facilitating organisational design & change programs
• Capability development, leadership coaching
• Providing guidance on labour relations matters in consultation with both in house & external legal counsel as required
• Ensuring HR programs & plans are aligned to the business priorities & monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key measures
• Driving employee engagement including insights & recommendations to improve

About You:

• At least 5 years’ experience in HR, ideally in a HR Business Partner/Generalist role. Graduate Program management experience highly regarded
• A trusted coach & advisor, who can demonstrate strong influence & partnering ability with senior business leaders to deliver high impact HR solutions
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of HR policies & Australian labour law & legislative requirements
• Passionate about people & steering results by developing & supporting people
• Polished communication & interpersonal skills, with confidence to influence across a range of stakeholders
• Sound business acumen & problem-solving skills
• Able to collaborate with cross function & region teams
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or similar preferable
