Growing privately-owned award-winning NW housebuilder seeking an experienced Development Engineer(or Senior). They build homes for private sale with an emphasis on quality over quantity. Due to ambitious (but achievable) growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their technical team with the addition of an experienced Civil/Development Engineer to technically project manage multiple new-build housing sites from feasibility stage, through the construction process, and through to adoption.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will liaise with internal departments and external consultants to manage roads and sewers, earthworks, external works, foundations, services and adoptions. This is an established business with a great reputation and a genuine commitment to producing quality homes. They have ambitious plans for the region that will allow the successful candidate to progress as the business grows and numbers increase.

You will be an experienced Engineer/ Engineering coordinator with experience managing the engineering process of new-build housing developments.
