Now is a fantastic time to join our People and OD team as Interim Head of Learning and Development either on a fixed term contract or through a secondment to cover maternity leave. We are looking for an experienced learning and development professional who shares our values and has a great track record of leading other learning and development experts to deliver an outstanding leadership and development offer that enables all our people across the Trust to deliver great care and great outcomes for our services, their families and carers.
