Account Manager

Heroes Lawn Care is a full service landscaping and maintenance company approaching our 10th year of business. We are looking to expand and grow our team of professionals that continue to provide exceptional service and experiences in the Omaha and Lincoln areas.

Job Summary: This position will be point of contact for all commercial and high-end residential clients, building long-term relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and sales. This position would not only maintain current relationships but also actively seek to grow and expand the Heroes portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, but are not limited to the following as other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

• Serve as primary point of contact for commercial and high-end residential customer base, providing all operational and customer service needs for those clients.
• Respond to customer questions related to services provided (landscape install, maintenance, snow removal.)
• Regularly scheduled property inspections and check-ins with point of contact, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Maintain communication with vendors, service providers, and subcontractors.
• Proactively present property enhancement ideas and options.
• Communicate with crew leaders regarding customer satisfaction and account retention.
• Sell and meet annual sales goals for new contracts and enhancements.
• Assist in routing and scheduling of snow removal services for entire company.
• Assist in spring time and existing clients to cross sell and promote additional services.
• Wear approprate PPE and working attire that conforms to company policy. Enforce same to Foremen, Crew Leaders, Crew Members and General Laborers.

Requirements

• This position is for someone in the lawn care and landscape field with supervisory experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Required to have a valid federal/state issued ID and no pending legal issues.
• Ability to delegate, problem-solve, and utilize time management without supervision.
• Ability to speak Spanish recommended but not required.

Full-time Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with possible Saturdays.

Wage: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 depending on experience. Commission/Bonus available.
