We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team, predominantly focussing on our depot and hub roles.

What you’ll do

With 26 depots, we are always on the look out for Warehouse Operatives and Drivers to come and join our expanding teams. Working closely with our Operations teams, you’ll be responsible for the full end to end candidate experience from advertising roles through to supporting the offer and onboarding process. Reporting to a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting Parcel People (that’s what we like to call our employees) for Depots in Thurrock, Hemel, Enfield, Maidstone, Weybridge, Gatwick and Southampton. You’ll need to be out and about so we’ll give you a car allowance and you’ll have the ability to work from home.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience in a similar in-house recruitment role preferably dealing with volume, operational roles
• Good working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and MI tools
• Good understanding of direct sourcing tools and techniques and attraction methods
• Excellent and up-to-date working knowledge of recruitment best practice, including processes and regulation
• UK Driving license
