We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join us on a 3 year rotational graduate scheme at our head offices in the Leeds suburb of Morley (LS27 0WH).

• You’ll rotate around our Finance teams where you’ll work on real-life projects and get involved in different areas from accounting, tax and treasury to financial planning, analysis and business intelligence
• You’ll be hands on producing monthly reporting packs and weekly flash as well as carrying out a variety of other analysis and support work for the broader finance team and wider business
• You will be based in our Head Office in Morley, however there will be a requirement to travel nationally on occasion
• You’ll be nurtured as part of the Hermes Emerging Talent Development programme with a business mentor provided to support you on your journey with us

What You’ll Need To Become a Hermes Graduate

• A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 3 A levels at Grade B or equivalent
• A minimum Grade C (4) in Maths and English GCSEs
• Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
• Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator
• To enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
• Be analytical and good with numbers with plenty of common sense
• A full UK driving license as some travel may be required in this role between Hermes and client sites
• The ability to solve problems and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business
