Role: Sales/Design Professional

Basic Functions:

Through the leads provided by the organization via our Pipedrive Lead Administrator or self-generated through referrals/connections, our Sales/Design Professional will promptly contact the prospective client to set-up a phone/video consultation or on-site meeting. At this contact, qualifying questions should be answered while building rapport in order to provide a layout design and estimate to our potential client for sale. After closing of the deal with completed documentation and paperwork then ultimately sent to the project manager to jointly-facilitate the project construction,

Duties:

• Contact new construction leads
• Gather information / Determine whether we are a good fit
• Meet on site / Gather site information / Take pictures
• Provide estimate and information – verbal or written
• Provide design / layout for clients – 2D / 3D Designs TBD
• Layout project on site with client / Verify utility locate lines marked
• Sold Project – Contract signing / Deposit / Material selections
• Complete project packet – Deliver packet to Project Coordinator
• Assist with permitting process as needed / Provide docs asap
• Project start / Layout project / Precon Mtg. with PM and client
• Assist in project development and client management as needed
• Manage any changes / addendums during project
• Provide support to construction team as needed
• Help facilitate project for a successful project completion
• Final walkthrough with client upon completion / Discuss service
• Add another satisfied customer to the Heritage Portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (commission based with draw)
