Heritage Construction is looking for a Full-Time Recruiting Admin Assistant for our Cedar Park office. This is an IN OFFICE position, M-F during normal business hours.

Heritage Construction has grown into one of the largest residential and commercial roofing contractors in Texas, with locations in all major cities. Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, College Station & New Orleans.

The opening for the Recruiting Assistant and Production Coordinator is a great opportunity for someone who is driven, determined and wants to play a key role in a rapidly growing company.

Pay is $17-20/hr DOE.

JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist the company HR Generalist and Recruiter with setting interviews and follow ups.

• Learn recruiting and work towards managing specific recruitment efforts.

• Complete all onboarding tasks for new hires.

• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to spend most of your day on the phone.

• Attention to detail is a must.

• Experience with Excel and Google sheets.

• Sales experience is a benefit, but not requirement.

• Communicate with branch managers and sales VP regarding start dates, onboarding status and hiring.

• All other duties assigned.

• GED or High School Diploma required.
