Heritage Bank Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Australia Full Time

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner within our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and wider Human Resources Operations department, you’ll be deliver end-to-end recruitment whilst acting as a representative of Heritage to ensure a positive candidate experience from initial engagement to the final onboarding process. Collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders, you will develop an in-depth understanding of role requirements, recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates, and proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines whilst managing the selection process from beginning to end.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for volume and corporate recruitment activities, assisting in other TA activities and projects where required
• Investigate and utilise contemporary strategic sourcing practices through multiple mediums e.g. databases, social media, networking events
• Build, qualify and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
• Proactively work with business leaders to fully understand their recruitment needs
• Take full ownership of candidate care at every stage of the selection process
• Review and update procedures that relate to Talent Acquisition and onboarding
• Job design, grading and remuneration practices – undertake basic job grading process in a considered approach, facilitating outcome to management and whilst using industry-aligned data in support of recommendations
• Uses functionality of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide basic data and metric reports, providing statistical reporting to stakeholders as required

About you:

Required

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and / or extensive demonstrated experience in Recruitment
