The Herefordshire Virtual School exists to help care experienced children and young people do as well as they possibly can in their education. We work with a range of educational settings, carers, social workers and other professionals to ensure that these young people have the support they need to succeed.

We are looking to recruit an Education Adviser to join our friendly and welcoming team supporting the education of looked after and previously looked after children.

As a Virtual School Education Adviser you will work to improve educational outcomes for previously care experienced children and young people. You will work closely with schools, parents/carers and the social care team to support our young people to access high quality education and to achieve their full potential.
