Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust Hiring for Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner Full Time

We are looking to appoint 3 motivated individuals as Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners. This is an exciting new role that has been created by Health Education England and NHS England and Improvement, to particularly support the transformation of Adult Community Mental Health Services. The training for these posts will be fully funded by the NHS at Band 4. If the candidates pass the training course, they will be eligible for a Band 5, full time, permanent, qualified position. Working in collaboration with Worcester University where the course is delivered, whilst working with the Trust in Worcestershire. When qualified, it is asked that candidates commit to staying working in these posts for at least 2 years following qualification. Please note, the candidates will not be eligible to apply for any HEE funded training within 2 years of completing this course.

These posts will sit within Adult Mental Health working with service users at the less severe (Primary Care) end of the treatment pathway.
