Hercules SLR is Looking for Administrative Support Full Time

We are looking for a full time Administrative Support to join our Atlantic Crane team in Saint John, NB. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrative Support will assist with daily administrative tasks within the branch as well as assist on projects. Ideal candidates will be those who are motivated self starters, who can work with minimal supervision and takes initiative to learn new skills and tasks as opportunities arise.

Principle Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks including filing, data entry and answering telephone calls
• Provides support for Managers and employees to help maintain accurate records
• Interacts with customers with a high level of professionalism and service focus
• Assists in the design and implementation of key projects in support of business direction
• Complies with all company safety policies and safe work procedures
• Makes travel arrangements for employees when necessary
• Supports branch with customer invoicing and organization

Required knowledge and training

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Post-secondary education in office administration considered an asset
• Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment
• Data-entry and working with databases experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to demonstrate confidentiality
• Able to prioritize workload while working with competing priorities, tight deadlines and multiple distractions
