Summary

The Quality Control Technician has responsibility for maintaining and implementing quality-assurance processes, testing products, and recording and analyzing results data during product development and manufacturing.

Job Duties

• Issuing Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Manufacture and Certificates of Conformity to Product Specifications

• RM qualification and collecting all documents from suppliers
• Suppliers qualification and risk assessment
• Monthly Inspection of plastic and glass objects
• Sharp object control

• Packaging specification for each product
• Conduct mandatory GMP and Prerequisite program training for employees
• Cleaning verification coordination
• Receiving Verification and Coordination of RM testing
• Deviation, Nonconformance and CAPA reports
• Pest Control Trend Analysis
• Pre-operation sanitation inspection
• Cleaning solution range verification testing
• ATP swabbing
• Collecting and sending environmental samples monthly for water, air and swabs
• GMP weekly check list
• Packaging quality check
• Collecting samples from packaging
• Data Logging in computer and filing paper records
• Daily task assigned by QC/QA supervisor (releasing on hold products, customer complains, etc)

Requirements

• Possession of Diploma or University Degree in Food Science.
• skilled in quality processes and statistical techniques
• knowledgeable about measurement and test equipment
• Knowledge of a range of Regulatory Requirements, Operating Procedures (SOPs),
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

• Good knowledge of quality control statistics and documentation, as well as adherence to standard operating procedures.
