How You’ll Make a Difference

This role oversees the Customer Experience staff across service centres and hubs that form the CX East Team. It provides guidance strives to ensure that a culture of customer service excellence is embedded in all activities and interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate

We’re looking for someone with a passion and wealth of experience in customer service who can demonstrate the ability to supervise a team of staff, preferably with experience in remote staff and site management including rostering staff. You’ll be able to drive consistent service and empower your staff to provide great front-line service across the Shire.
