The Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer service consultant to join us in our Melbourne Office and be a part of our customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for all queries and be responsible for assessing customers’ needs and providing relevant support. Exceptional customer service and reliability are a must in this role along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Being the first point of contact for the business, your ability to build rapport and on-going customer relationships over the phone will be highly valued!
