Pay: $40K base – $350K+commissions
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Remote or office in Kansas City, MO USA

Responsibilities:
1+ year of experience and established book of business
Quote and cover truckload shipments
Contact, negotiate and secure carriers for available/open loads
Dispatching, routing, and scheduling carriers
Maximize profit of each load by negotiating with customers and carriers to ensure proper profit margins
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
Ability to bid on dedicated contract opportunities
Negotiate price, service and terms with both clients and carriers
