YOUR ROLE

• Deliver best in class internship experience for over 200 talents which will include intern orientation, training and development, social events, and overall management of the internship program
• Design, maintain, and coordinate intern recruitment process from demand requests to offer details Manage talent communities during and post internship program (i.e. LinkedIn, Teams, etc)
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and education to managers of interns
• Partner with the Rotational Program managers to ensure strong talent pipeline of interns into rotational programs.
• Support Employer Reputation Manager with the following university strategies: Marketing, campus relations, on site events, interviews, and early career programs.
• Partnering with DEI on diversity career fairs and recruitment activities.
• Partnering with HRBP’s and business managers to determine full-time entry-level hiring needs from campus; identify target schools; coordinate candidate selection process, interviewing and decision processes

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with several internal departments and external vendors
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Strong skills in excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation skills

The salary for this role is $71,200.00 = $97,900.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
