YOUR ROLE

• Actively drive new business opportunities through new customer acquisition, positioning Schwarzkopf Professional Brand as a market leader and supplier of choice
• Supporting our Schwarzkopf Professional customer base through Salons, you will optimize sales and create opportunities through market awareness, product knowledge and competitor analysis
• Assist our client partners’ business growth by adding value, developing strong relationships, utilizing our professional marketing calendar and leveraging our strong educational support
• Deliver best in class education support across all channels inclusive of existing customers and new account acquisition
• Implement and deliver ASK Education content in-line with the ASK international standard
• Prepare and deliver in-salon and virtual education, seminars, technical support. Lead special events co-ordination as required for the state

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years previous sales experience within the Beauty or Hair-care industry
• Sound business acumen, ability to identify ways of expanding your business and territory
• Proven experience in acquiring new customers and building strong customer relationships
• Ability to translate brand strategy within accounts to drive sales growth
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with all stakeholders
• Competent with Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the drive to succeed
• Hairdressing Qualifications – strong hairdressing/technical background: proven experience as a hairdresser.
• High skill level and knowledge of colour, form, care, cutting and finish
• 2-4 years of Professional hairdressing experience
  
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
• High level of public speaking and presentation skills
• Hold a full driver’s licence
