YOUR ROLE

Leads brand positioning to support the implementation of the BU value proposition

Develops strategies to ensure consistent customer experience

Manages and coordinates brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc.

Develops brand guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel

Analyzes brand health indicators

Organizes market research and develops plans to address deviations in brand structure

Develops concrete action plans to mitigate deviations

Leads global brand strategy and steers brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy

Supports marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel BU across all Customer Touch points

Supports and leads branding guideline for digital

Develops systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Consumer Journey

YOUR SKILLS

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Excel

Take the lead on projects with an innovative mindset

Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment

High level of directness and critical thinking with competitive mindset o able to critically evaluate information, generate solutions and use logic and experience to support decisions.

Receptive and adaptive to feedback

Experience with forecasting, budgeting and manipulating data

Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills

Bonus skills: Adobe Acrobat, experience working with an art department, experience working with marketing agencies
