YOUR ROLE
The CSR is responsible for internal and external customer support and communication with Beauty Professional accounts, which includes order entry, processing, follow-up, liaison and reporting.
Processes all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Works closely with assigned customers and distributors to provide all necessary support and communication for the business.
Liaisons with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and shipments
Provides support to all internal functions/departments like Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Education, Finance, Accounting and Warehousing to perform their duties and responsibilities in the best manner for overall company success and profitability.
Communicates, maintains and updates all standard reporting requirements for the assigned work area/brand/customers (including pricing updates, rebate tracking, credit tracking, promotional movement and daily sales reporting).
Handles all daily invoices as per defined processes which includes data entry, scanning, emailing and/or filing for records.
Communicates regularly with Accounts Payables, Receivables, Shared Services on escalated payment or invoice inquires for all vendors and customers.
Participates in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area.
YOUR SKILLS
Minimum Post-Secondary Education is required (any additional undergraduate degree/diploma like BA, BSc or equivalent is preferred)
French Language Proficiency would be an additional asset
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience preferably with Distribution of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with exposure to working in a fast-paced environment and on any ERP system (SAP preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
