POSITION SUMMARY
In this role you will be a part of the Finance team and support all business-related matter of the Beauty Care Professional business unit in Australia and New Zealand. Your role will be overlooking the complete P&L and Balance Sheet of the business.

YOUR ROLE

• Communicate and present financial topics to the Leadership team of the business unit
• Monitor and analyze business KPI’s, support business in strategic decision making
• Ensure effective management of all trade spend with close alignment with business team and sales controller
• Manage budget, planning and forecasting for Australia and New Zealand
• Manage month end processes with full P&L and BS responsibility
• Drive business performance improvement: conduct regular analysis on all key lines in financial statements and
• propose areas for improvement to business heads. Initiate improvement implementation plan and status tracking
• Work with business to ensure compliance with company polices and accounting standards

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA/CIMA highly preferred
• 5 years + of Management Accounting and Business Commercial partnership experience of which minimum 3 years gained within an FMCG environment
• Excellent communication skills, able to work with a diverse network and explain financial information in a detailed and concise manner to people from a non-finance background
• Strong analytical skills and advance user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SAP
• Attention to detail, ability to worked in a structured manner and deliver to deadlines
