The Opportunity:
You will act as the first point of contact for Learning & Development related queries, representing the People team in delivering an excellent service on all Learning & Development administration, including:
Providing administrative support to aid the creation of a new Learning & Development offering for the Group;
Supporting with diary coordination, preparation of materials, coordinating invitations, monitoring course attendance and accurately maintaining the Learning & Development register;
Liaising with Managers, delegates and the wider People team to establish and prioritise Learning & Development requirements;
Preparing, extracting and analysing data, recording outcomes of all training through the People Academy Dashboard;
Compiling and distributing reports as and when required.
About you:
You will have effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in order to professionally interact with colleagues and third parties across a range of mediums (face to face, phone, virtual meetings);
Able to manage your time effectively to prioritise your workload, multi-task and meet tight deadlines;
Competent skill levels of Excel and Outlook (essential);
Have a keen eye for detail;
Be self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic;
Be Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking in a changing environment;
Ability to work alone or as part of a team;
Take initiative to offer fresh solutions and recommendations.
