Hendrix Genetics Ltd. Hiring for Customer Service Coordinator at Kitchener-Waterloo, ON Full Time

This position is responsible for providing customer support for the Turkey and Layers business units. While highly transactional, this role also requires significant customer focus and orientation. The position is part of the HG shared services in Logistics and Planning and will be based out of our Kitchener Office.

What are your main tasks and responsibilities?

• The creation and processing of orders and invoices
• Ensuring completeness & accuracy of all invoices, credit notes, freight, order changes, etc.
• Reconciliation of all business inputs (credits, freight, invoices, third party invoices, etc.)
• Working with customers to resolve any outstanding issues related to order changes, invoicing, credit notes, etc.
• Providing timely & relevant information to internal cross functional areas and customers
• Key user of ERP/CRM systems
• Data entry related to customer orders
• Assisting with AR issues including regular contacts with customers
• Acting as back up for Customer Service team members and other logistic functions as required

Your Profile

• 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, invoicing, clerical work, etc.
• College diploma in related field of study
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferably MTech, Dynamics 365)
• Superior attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
